Garden Recipes
Summary: These are all recipes we prepared in the garden this fall!
The children have been asking me to give them the recipes so here they are!
Pumpkin
Corn Cakes
1-cup stone ground cornmeal
1-¾ cups milk or vanilla soymilk
1/2c.pureed pumpkin
2c.whole wheat flour
1TBS.baking powder
1tsp tsp. sea salt
2 TBS. honey
2 eggs
1. Beat two eggs together
2. Add milk and stir until smooth
3.Stir in pumpkin and honey
4. Measure flour
5.Sift flour with salt and baking powder
6. Add cornmeal
7. Mix dry ingredients with milk and egg
